After crushing and destemming the grapes, this wine undergoes a maceration process for 12 days, controlling the temperature between 25 and 28ºC.
Aged for 3 months in American oak barrel.
Look: Very intense cherry colour with purple rim.
Smell: Intense aroma which evokes strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of spice (nutmeg, pepper…). Fine toasted and creamy notes from the oak, combining vanilla and coffee.
Taste: Meaty on the palate, well fused fruit and oak, with refined tannins. Good distribution of fruit. Spiced.
Pairing: Grilled, roasted or casseroled meats, pastas and semi-cured cheeses. Perfect accompaniment for tapas.
