Legado Muñoz



The grapes are harvested at dawn during the third week of August, with an ambient temperature of 14ºC. The must obtained is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC.

Tasting notes

Look: Pretty yellow straw colour with golden reflections.

Smell: Complex aroma dotted with tropical fruits including pineapple, mango and banana, on a citrus background. There are lactic notes in the background

Taste: It is flavourful and expressive, with an acidity that brings freshness, and a mild and fruity finish that lingers.

Pairing: Ideal wine to pair with Fish, Shellfish, Smoked produce, Vegetables, Foie gras, Rice dishes and Cream soups.

Varieties: 100%  Chardonnay.

Age of the vineyard: 15-20 years.

Fermentation temperature: 14º C.

Alcohol content: 13,50 % Vol.

Serving temperature: 5ºC. – 7ºC.
