THE VINEYARD
SOIL AND CLIMATE
The terrain is characterized by a flat orography, with shallow soil and clay-calcareous composition.
Low rainfall is another of the main features, with less than 400 mm per year which, together with the almost 3000 annual hours of sunshine, produce wines replete with their own personalities.
While these soil-climatic conditions provide low yields, they also ensure a grape capable of producing extraordinarily concentrated and aromatic wines.
